Ceremony Venue

For your wedding ceremony we offer a choice of venues:

For a more formal ceremony we recommend our Siganto Gallery. This room is arranged as a chapel in a simple and elegant style with white linen, white candles and a red carpet aisle. If you would like to further decorate the room or have any special requirements, our Wedding Co-ordinator is available to help you with your individual needs.

For a more relaxed garden ceremony, our extensive gardens provide beautiful surroundings with picturesque photography settings. If you would like a garden ceremony, we offer exclusive* use of our gardens and gazebo for a two (2) hour period.

In the event of unpleasant weather, the partially covered deck or our Rafters Room will be made available.

Receptions

Our standard reception package includes:

A choice to utilise the Grand Marquee, Rafters Room or Siganto Room. We will arrange the tables in a format to suit your occasion and dress them with white linen. Hurricane lamps are also included. If you would like to further decorate the room or have a themed wedding in mind, our Wedding Co-ordinator is available to help you with your more personalized arrangements.

Special Diets

We can cater for all sorts of special diets however we need to notify the kitchen at least one week prior to the function. We recommend making mention of this in your invitations so that all special requirements can be catered for.

Young Ones

Children under the age of 12 can be catered for at half the cost of each menu package per child. Alternate drop meals are approximately half the portion size of the adult meals so will suit most children.

Beverages

As we are a licensed Hotel, here at St Bernards we are proud to offer a wide range of fine wines and spirits. Being a licensed hotel guests must purchase all beverages from the hotel, guests are not permitted to bring any beverages onto licensed premises.

We sell our beverages on consumption, which means you only pay for what your guests drink. Most parties offer their guest basic beers and wines and soft drinks on the tab, with the option for them to purchase spirits themselves.

We recommend serving a bottle of white wine and red wine to each table at the beginning of the evening, our house white and red wines are excellent value at only $17.50 per bottle.
